Submissions to PortalOne contests and surveys

PortalOne may offer contests, campaigns and/or surveys (the "Contest") on our social media channels and community groups from time to time, some of which may offer the possibility to win prizes.

No purchase is necessary to participate in any Contest. Contests are void where prohibited or restricted by law or where there are registration or bonding requirements. We reserve the right to shorten, extend, modify, or cancel any Contest, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice, even though such action may affect your ability to win a prize. In order to be eligible for a Contest, you must meet the eligibility requirements as provided in the Contest Rules related to each Contest.

Except where prohibited by law, participation in a Contest constitutes your consent to our use of your name, photograph, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

All personal information submitted to PortalOne by participants will be handled, stored and/or deleted in accordance with local privacy legislation and GDPR regulations for European participants.
